Nathalia joined our team in March 2018 and received her license in Life and Health in 2019. As Director of Client Relations, Nathalia facilitates the new business process including insurance applications, acquiring client data, and customer service for existing policies. She is also our onboarding liaison for clients' Living Balance Sheet.
Nathalia graduated from Framingham State University in 2015 with a bachelor's degree in Biology, concentration in pre-med. Both Brazilian and Italian, she currently resides in Gardner, MA with her husband and 2 dogs. In her spare time, Nathalia enjoys cooking, playing volleyball, kayaking, hiking, camping, Muay-Thai, and spending time with her family.
